maybe this sounds familiar

If any of this rings a bell, you're in the right place.

Hi there! I'm Kristyn Sprague.

Have you ever done the backwards math on getting out the door with a newborn, diaper bag, car seat, feeding schedule, just to make it to an appointment on time? Have you sat across from an over-stretched provider who clearly needed to be in the next room five minutes ago, when you really just needed someone to fully hear your story? Have you ever opened a bill from your insurance company (ya know, the one you already pay hundreds a month for) and found a surprise copay or denial charge for care you thought was covered?

I have too. As both a provider and a patient myself, I've felt what it's like on both sides of that equation, and I decided to build something different.

I created my practice around a concierge, in-home pelvic floor PT model, to make sure every patient gets a comprehensive hour, one-on-one, with someone who deeply invests in your story, the same provider every visit, and someone who can see you now, when you actually need it the most. And I come to you, so that you can knock out your PT during your lunch break without burning PTO, so that baby can maintain their nap schedule in their crib, or so that driving to your appointment doesn't add to the pain you're already managing. Time and again, patients tell me, "I didn't know this was something PT could help with," or "I thought this was normal." I believe that every woman deserves to be genuinely cared for and feeling her best in every season of life.

Wherever you are in your journey, I'm ready to cheer you on, be in your corner, and be your pelvic floor hype girl, every step of the way.

From my nest to yours,

Kristyn

Graduating from PT doesn't have to mean you're on your own.

I offer virtual wellness check-ins to help you maintain your progress as life changes, whether you are newly pregnant, beginning a new fitness regimen, or just need peace of mind to know that you're still on track with your home program.

See what's happening, in real time.

I offer Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging (RUSI) to take the guesswork out of pelvic health by providing you with a live, real-time window into your deep core and pelvic floor muscles. This non-invasive, specialized service allows you to actually watch your muscles contract, relax, and coordinate on screen, and collect formal measurements (e.g. diastasis recti) to more comprehensively assess your muscles. By providing instant visual confirmation, RUSI helps you master proper technique faster, retrain muscles, and see measurable progress to provide a higher level of precision than is offered in traditional pelvic floor PT care.

Frequently Asked Questions

No! I hold a Direct Access license, which allows me to evaluate and treat you for up to 30 days without a referral. If ongoing care requires physician oversight, I will help you coordinate that seamlessly with your healthcare team.

I offer in-home care to the Greater Pittsburgh area including: Oakmont, Fox Chapel, Aspinwall, Highland Park, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Point Breeze, Lawrenceville, the North Side, Cranberry, Wexford, North Hills, Murrysville, and Monroeville. Don't see your specific neighborhood? Contact me to check availability in your area.

I operate as a concierge, out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. By remaining independent of insurance contracts, I am able to provide uninterrupted, 60-minute one-on-one care to help you meet your goals in fewer visits. You will never be double-booked, passed off to an assistant, or restricted by treatment limits imposed by your insurance company. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to beginning care, and will never receive a surprise bill. Upon request, I can provide a "Superbill" for you to submit to insurance in order to request reimbursement under your out-of-network benefits. In many cases, this care can also be applied toward your deductible.

Yes! HSA and FSA cards are accepted for payment.

Unfortunately, by law, I am unable to accept private pay from individuals who have Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans. However, wellness visits are a great way to maintain general fitness and pelvic health once you've completed care at an in-network facility. Reach out to inquire.

Not at all! Think of it like bringing care from an outpatient clinic right to your living room (minus sterile office lighting, traffic, and overstimulating waiting rooms!). My #1 priority is making my patients feel completely safe, heard, and at ease no matter the location. I bring the exact same professionalism and expertise you'd expect in a traditional PT clinic with a warm and zero-judgment atmosphere. We're going to work on big goals, celebrate your progress, and have plenty of fun along the way. Your home is your safe space, and we're keeping it that way.

Graduating from PT doesn't have to mean you're fully on your own. I'm still on your team! I offer virtual wellness check-ins to help you maintain your progress as life changes, whether you are newly pregnant, beginning a new fitness regimen, or just need peace of mind to know that you're still on track with your home program. If you're dealing with new or returning symptoms, though, I'll always want to start with a full PT evaluation first, so you get the specific care your body actually needs in the moment.
